The farm offers a variety of aged cheeses, soft rind cheeses, blue cheeses, and grilling cheese (halloumi), produced locally in Orkland.
There is a 24-hour self-service farm shop where visitors can purchase local farm foods. Cheeses such as Høvding Sverre and dessert cheeses Rokoll and Skjenald are available in different maturities and are sold nationwide, as well as to local shops and restaurants.
Production in 2021 is expected to be around 6 tons of cheese.
