The farm offers self-service sales of fresh strawberries from a small stall during summer, along with other products like jelly, juice, and the sparkling drink Jordbærtausa.
The availability of products depends on the weather, as the stall is only open if it is not too cold. The farm has implemented tabletop production under cover, extending the season and improving yield. In collaboration with Røros Brewery, they produce Jordbærtausa, a low-sugar drink made from small berries to reduce food waste.
There is also experimentation with products from the kitchen garden and forest, such as juice, jam, and chutney.
