Fossen Gård offers local food produced from mushrooms and useful plants, as well as raw materials from the farm.
The farm shop opens Easter 2024, where visitors can purchase products like Huldredråper and ramson pesto. The farm features 140 acres of mushroom forest and 900 meters of shoreline to the Snarumselva, providing opportunities for fishing, crayfishing, and hunting. Grain production takes place on 200 acres, and vegetables and berries are also grown.
The bees' forage includes willow and blueberries, providing a good summer yield.
