The farm offers a wide selection of potato varieties such as Mandel, Blå Kongo, Knallfiffi, Kers Pink, and Astrix, as well as grows onions, beets, and Jerusalem artichokes.
The products are sold in local stores and at the farm's own shop during the season. The potato season lasts from around September 10th to May 1st, while onions and beets are available from the beginning of September to May 1st. Jerusalem artichokes can be purchased from October 1st to December 1st.
The farm also engages in beef production.
