Kvestad Sideri, located under Folgefonna in Hardanger, produces apples and cider on the mountainside.
They offer cider tasting for groups all year round, but it's important to contact them in advance. The farm shop is open from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 19:00 and on Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00, while it is closed on Sundays. The cider produced is semi-dry and sparkling, with traditions passed down through the family.
The farm is the highest-altitude cider producer in Hardanger.
