The farm offers a unique experience in the Köhler Pavilion, restored to its 19th-century glory and capable of hosting up to 66 guests in two separate halls.
Meals are prepared using local ingredients from Jæren, inspired by traditional 19th-century recipes. Additionally, the award-winning Madame Köhler's Rhubarb Juice is produced, based on a special rhubarb plant introduced to the farm in the 1860s.
