Aukrust Gard og Urteri offers a beautiful herb garden with extensive production of organic tea and spices, as well as cured sausages from their own animals and seasonal vegetables.
The farm shop holds the country's largest selection of these products. The herb garden house hosts exhibitions, concerts, and dining for up to 50 people. The farm also offers guided tours of the historical buildings and tailored programs focusing on cultural history, herb cultivation, garden history, and organic agriculture.
